2. No Refund Policy
All challenge fees and program purchases are non-refundable once the account credentials have been issued.
Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to trading accounts, we do not offer refunds after:
- Account login details have been delivered
- The trading challenge has been started
- Any trading activity has occurred
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment or accidental double charge
- Technical issues preventing account access (on our side)
- Failure to deliver account credentials within a reasonable time
All exception requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of our Terms.
This may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from using CineFunded services
- Legal action if necessary
We strongly encourage users to contact us to resolve any issues.
5. Account Termination & Refunds
If your account is terminated due to:
- Violation of trading rules
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
You will not be eligible for any refund.
6. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
